About Me

I have spent the last 15 years studying exercise, mobility, biomechanics, neurology, massage and bodywork. My passion is helping people move more efficiently and comfortably.

After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University in 1998 I was a personal/group trainer for a few years. My clientele at the time was comprised of those experiencing some sort of injury or physical limitation. I began using a lot of hands on bodywork techniques and soon realized I wanted to get licensed as a massage therapist. Since then I've been using a blend of exercise, movement therapy and massage/bodywork techniques to help my clients move more efficiently, easily and without pain.

In my leisure time I enjoy training my competitive freestyle Frisbee dogs, Makani and Allie, golfing, kiteboarding, martial arts, drumming, spending time with my wife Katie and Crossfit.
